Battlefield 3 is, no doubt, one of the best games available right now. It sold over 5 million copies the first week alone. However, the game has been receiving negative feedback since its release regarding too much lag from its buyers who play using their Xbox 360 consoles.
EA is well-known for having server issues, and not dealing with them as promptly as they should. Gamers who played Bad Company on the 360 will most likely agree with that. I’ve seen several articles, and reports claiming the fixes have been made, or will be done fairly soon. But, with their reputation and the notorious lag issues from previous Battlefield games, can we really expect much of a change?
It’s hard to say whether or not the lag-fest will ever completely disappear(let’s go with never), and poor connections play a big part in this. But, at the end of the day Battlefield 3 is still a pretty legit game, and it’s definitely worth the occasional jet lag to give it a shot. What are your opinions on the matter? Have you experienced these lag issues, or has the game performed A-okay for you? Let us know your thoughts!
